Woodland Park Farmers Market - Manager Email
MISSION: to enhance the quality of life for Teller County residents and visitors by providing access to safe and affordable produce and other food, promoting agricultural land use through a direct market for growers, encouraging organic and pesticide-free growing techniques, and fostering health and well-being through community education
The summer market has been a lively and hugely popular part of Teller County life since 1991, and was voted Colorado's Favorite (large) Farmers Market in 2011 - see link to newspaper article: http://www.ourcoloradonews.com/tellercounty/news/farmers-market-named-best-in-state/article_efd6bdab-02c8-56f0-9f16-08b7afd73c71.html
TCFMA also received an award from Teller County Cares in 2011, for service to the community, and has been awarded Non Profit of the Year 2012.
The market now has over 80 vendor spaces, started a new Winter Market in 2011, and is exploring more growth possibilities for the future.
